Bringing God's Hidden Treasure into the Light
Welcome to Cambridge Baptist
We're glad you're here!
We are a Jesus-loving, community-centered church based in Cambridge, Waikato. We’re a family of faith, captivated by Jesus and His message of hope, passionate about putting our faith into action, strengthening our community, and equipping the next generation to flourish.
We believe God is interested in every part of life and welcomes all people to find true life in Jesus.
Whether you’re new to church or have been part of one for years, we’d love you to join us as we walk together as family, grow as disciples, and share God’s love with our world
We look forward to meeting every Sunday at 9.30 am. There is also a prayer meeting at 9.00 am.
Can't attend in person? Watch our services live every Sunday, or catch up on past sermons here.

Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust
The Cambridge Affordable Housing Trust exists to provide affordable and secure housing to the elderly and disadvantaged in the Cambridge community.
The trust owns four small accommodation units in a complex adjacent to Cambridge Baptist Church: three two-bedroomed units and one one-bedroom unit. These units are fully occupied by settled tenants, and there is only occasionally a vacancy.
The Trust was established by Cambridge Baptist Church in 2016 after the church became aware of older people both in its congregation and in the wider community who were struggling to afford to pay the increasingly high market rentals in Cambridge.
The four units were purchased in late-2016.
Since the purchase the Trust has focused on improving the quality of its properties and bringing them up to the standard required by the Healthy Homes Act.

Cambridge Baptist Church is over 140 years old!

Mainly Music
Come and have fun with other kids and parents!
Each week, during term times, we have a 30 minute session of music, rhyme, movement, listening and more. It is a time for parents and caregivers to have fun participating with their children as this encourages our pre-schoolers to also join in the actions and singing.
We then have morning tea for the children after which they have an opportunity to play with the toys whilst parents and caregivers are served morning tea and chat. The play session is to allow children to enjoy each other's company and developing social skills. We hope that the session will also facilitate adults to meet others with pre-schoolers and thus develop friends and support networks.
